  • Does Probelart have sponsors and partners?

    Probelart is a private project. We collect different samples of art all over Belarus, we constantly contact galleries and museums of Belarus. We try to help sell art to young, unknown artists.

  • How do I find artwork, artists or other information?

    To search for a particular artist, a work of art, enter your terms in the search box on the top of the site and click the magnifying glass icon. To view all available artworks, go to the desired section of the main menu. On the category page, you will be able to sort and filter the results by price, style, size, etc.
    To find the author, go to the corresponding section of the main menu. All authors are listed alphabetically.

  • I forgot my password from my private office. How do I recover it?

    Click on the icon to login to your personal account and click on "Forgot your password? After that you will need to specify the e-mail address to which you have registered. After receiving all the data, an e-mail with a link to change your password will be sent to the specified e-mail box. You can also restore your password by phone number, if you have chosen this method of registration in our shop. In this case, the link to password recovery will be sent to you in an SMS message.

  • How can I know if the product I want to buy is available?

    All products in our catalogue are available for ordering. In case for some reason, the goods will not be available, and you have already paid for the purchase online, we will notify you immediately and return 100% of your paiment.

  • How will I know when there are new works from the masters I like?

    Please e-mail us to our e-mail address. We will notify you immediately in case of new works so that you can get acquainted with them immediately.

  • What's the "My Collection" section for?

    "My Collection is a feature that allows you to store and organize your favorite artworks in your personal galleries. Then you can share your galleries with friends and family via email or social media.
    To add an artwork to your collection from the product page, click "Add to My Collection", which is located next to the product image. Also, if you are on the category page, you can hover your mouse over the product thumbnail and click on the "Like" icon that appears in the bottom right corner. You can visit and edit your collections in your personal cabinet by clicking on the link "My collections". You must be logged in to add and edit items to your collection.

  • Can I change the currency display settings?

    The main currency of Probelar is the American dollar (USD). You can change the currency to Euro and Chinese yuan. To do this, click the currency drop-down menu located in the header of the site and select the preferable currency. Conversions are based on exchange rates and are updated daily; as a result, prices may fluctuate. The conversion rate is set by our shop based on the rates of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.

  • Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

    Yes, you will need to create a Probelart account with an email address (phone) and password to make your purchase. You can easily track the status of your order through your Probelart account. If you haven't created an account yet, you will be prompted to do so when you place an order, after adding an item to your shopping cart.

  • How do I make a purchase?

    Probelart is a fully transactional e-commerce platform. All products on the site are sold and available for purchasing directly through the site. To make a purchase, go to the information page of the product you want to buy and click "Add to cart". You can access your shopping cart at any time by clicking the link of the shopping cart page in the header of the site. On the shopping cart page, you can continue the payment process by choosing your preferred payment method. If you are not logged into your account when you purchase, you will be prompted to either do so or create a Probelart account if you are not already registered.

  • Which payment methods does Probelart accept?

    Probelart online payment system accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, WeChat, Alipay. You can pay by bank transfer. In case you are interested in any other method of payment, please contact our support team for more details.

  • Can I get a special promotional code at a discount?

    We provide a large number of specific promotional codes to our customers. As a rule, we play out promotional codes in social networks. Also, you can see the information about promotional code in the header of the site. If you are assigned an individual promo code, you can find it in your personal cabinet in the section "Promo codes".

  • What are your return and cancellation rules?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the goods came to you with damages as a result of transportation, you can send a request for return in your personal cabinet, or send us an e-mail: [email protected]. You can apply for a refund within 3 days after receiving the goods. If you want to make a refund in case of damage to the goods, take a good quality photo and send it to us so that we can verify the damage of the goods. In case of return, you can get a free replacement or a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable and all costs associated with returns belong to the customer.

  • How is my purchase tax calculated?

    All shipping charges and applicable taxes and duties will be automatically added to the shipping charges when processed. These fees depend on your shipping address. To estimate the duties and taxes on your order, add the item to your cart and specify the place of delivery on the product registration page.

  • Can I see the product personally before buying it?

    You can warn us in advance if you're going to see a piece of art personally. All the works are located in the Republic of Belarus, in its different cities.

  • How is the cost of delivery determined?

    The cost of delivery is determined on the basis of the size and weight of the purchased goods, and the method of delivery. The cost of delivery includes all packaging, handling and insurance fees. To estimate the cost of delivery for your order, add the desired item(s) to your cart and specify the place of delivery on the checkout page.

  • When will my order be shipped and delivered?

    Processing and delivery times vary depending on the purchased goods and delivery location. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-14 business days. However, some goods may be shipped faster, while others may take longer, especially if they require special packing or shipping. More detailed shipping process for each category of goods is provided in the "Shipping and Return" section. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your delivery confirmation and tracking number. You can also check the status of your parcel and the approximate delivery date online, using the tracking number, as well as in your personal cabinet, under "Orders".

  • Do you offer expedited delivery or same day delivery?

    Delivery on the day of order is not possible. But you can use DHL's reliable carrier service. Delivery to most countries in the world is no more than 3 working days.

  • How is the delivery insurance calculated?

    The insurance is automatically included in the delivery price and covers door-to-door delivery.

  • Which countries does Probelart ship orders to?

    We deliver works of art to European countries, China, the United States of America. If you are in another country and want to buy a work of art, please contact our sales team: [email protected], to get delivery information.

  • What should I do if I get a damaged package?

    All damaged products must be reported to our support team: [email protected] within 3 days after delivery. To submit a damage report, send detailed photos of the damage together with your name, order number and product name.
    After analysis of the information received from you, we will decide together to replace with another product, or make a full refund.

  • Can I combine several products in one shipment to reduce shipping costs?

    If all goods are shipped from the same city, the shipping cost may be reduced. Since our products are located in different parts of Belarus, please contact our support team to find out exactly how to reduce the shipping cost if you purchase more than one product.

  • How do I check the authenticity of the goods?

    All products are original and signed by the author. In case of doubt, you can send us a request for a specific product and we will provide you with a detailed account of the authenticity of this work.

  • Are the paintings sold with the frame?

    Most paintings are sold with a frame chosen by the artist. We do not provide services of decoration of paintings by design frames of your choice. On the product page it will be precisely indicated, with or without the frame the picture is sold.

  • How best to take care of the preservation of the quality of works of art?
