How can I request a refund or replacement?

The buyer may request a refund or replacement if the goods are damaged in transit. Damage is the defect that the buyer found on the unpacked goods. Damage to the delivery package, which did not cause damage to the goods, is not taken into account. Within three working days, from the moment of receiving the parcel in hand, you will have the opportunity to apply for a refund, by e-mail: [email protected], or request a refund in your personal cabinet on the site, in the section "My orders". Take a picture in good quality and send it to us at the above e-mail address to make sure that the goods are damaged.

All shipping costs and taxes are paid by the buyer upon return. The money is returned to the buyer immediately after we receive the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for packing the goods for return. There should be no new damage during the return shipment. We recommend you to pack the product according to our recommendations described in the section "Terms of cooperation".
